Do unused hours roll over?
No, but every plan period runs for a full 30 days from the date you sign up, so joining near the end of a calendar month won't reduce your time. Unused hours don't carry into the next 30-day period, which allows us to reserve reliable capacity for every customer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by direct bank transfer or PayPal.
Can you work on a site you didn't build?
Yes. Most websites we support were originally built by somebody else.
What platforms do you support?
WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify are the platforms we work with most, but we also support Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Framer, Drupal and custom websites.
What if I'm not happy with the service?
New monthly clients are covered by our first-month guarantee. If you're genuinely unhappy during your first 30 days, let us know and we'll refund the monthly plan fee. Third-party costs, one-off projects and additional work are not included.
Can you help with Google Analytics and conversion tracking?
Yes. We can configure and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, ecommerce tracking, form conversions and other website events. We can also audit an existing setup if you're not confident the data is accurate.
Can you help with website accessibility and WCAG?
Yes. We can review existing websites against WCAG guidance and fix practical accessibility issues including keyboard navigation, colour contrast, forms, headings, semantic markup and focus behaviour.
Can you help improve our PageSpeed Insights score?
Yes. We can review your website using Google PageSpeed Insights and Core Web Vitals, identify performance bottlenecks and make practical improvements to areas such as images, JavaScript, CSS, caching, fonts and third-party scripts. We focus on making the site genuinely faster rather than chasing an arbitrary score.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans run month-to-month.
What happens if I need more development time?
We'll let you know before going over your allowance. Additional work can either be billed separately or quoted as a project.
Do you host websites?
Not by default. You can usually keep your existing hosting and infrastructure.
