Rekode is an independent website support and development business based in Kent, United Kingdom. Rekode is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Questions about this policy or your personal information can be sent to hello@rekode.co.uk.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• your name, email address, company name and website address;
• the information you include in an enquiry, email or other correspondence;
• project information, account access details and technical information needed to provide website services;
• billing, invoice and payment records; and
• limited, aggregated website usage and performance information collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Please do not send passwords or other sensitive access details through the public contact form. Where access is needed for client work, we will agree an appropriate way to share it.

How we use your information

Contact forms and FormSubmit

The contact form is processed by FormSubmit so that the information you enter can be delivered to us by email. This means your form submission is transmitted through FormSubmit's systems. Cloudflare Web Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic website traffic and performance. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first analytics that does not use visitors' personal data. It does not use cookies, local storage or browser fingerprinting for analytics. You can read more in Cloudflare's Web Analytics documentation.

This website does not currently set non-essential cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, you will be given a choice before non-essential cookies are used.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We may share it only where reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate the website and business, including FormSubmit, Cloudflare, email, hosting, payment and accounting providers; with professional advisers; or with regulators, courts and law-enforcement bodies where required by law. These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own privacy terms.

International transfers
