Do unused hours roll over?
No, but every plan period runs for a full 30 days from the date you sign up, so joining near the end of a calendar month won't reduce your time. Unused hours don't carry into the next 30-day period, which allows us to reserve reliable capacity for every customer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by direct bank transfer or PayPal.
Can you work on a site you didn't build?
Yes. Most websites we support were originally built by somebody else.
What platforms do you support?
WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify are the platforms we work with most, but we also support Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Framer, Drupal, React and custom PHP or front-end websites.
Can you help migrate our website?
Yes. Monthly development time can cover migration discovery, planning, redirects and smaller or phased content, product and data moves. Full website, CMS and ecommerce migrations are scoped and quoted separately, including projects such as Magento to Shopify or Drupal to WordPress.
Can you help secure our website?
Yes. Monthly work can cover security reviews, WordPress hardening, vulnerable plugins or themes, login protection, security headers, backups, SSL and common configuration issues. Significant malware removal, compromise recovery or incident response may need a separate quote.
Can you help with Cloudflare?
Yes. We can help with Cloudflare setup and configuration, including DNS, SSL, caching, access controls, traffic rules, bot protection and practical security settings.
Can you build from Figma or other design files?
Yes. We can turn Figma, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop designs into responsive website pages and components. Smaller builds can use monthly development time; complete websites and substantial redesigns are quoted separately.
Can you help with integrations and automation?
Yes. We work with APIs, CRM and HubSpot integrations, n8n, AI integrations and useful workflow automation. Smaller integrations can use monthly time, while extensive or business-critical systems are scoped separately.
Do you provide one-off fixes?
Yes. Emergency Website Rescue starts from £199 if you need help with a specific problem without committing to a monthly plan.
What if I'm not happy with the service?
New monthly clients are covered by our first-month guarantee. If you're genuinely unhappy during your first 30 days, let us know and we'll refund the monthly plan fee. Third-party costs, one-off projects and additional work are not included.
Can you help with Google Analytics and conversion tracking?
Yes. We can configure and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, ecommerce tracking, form conversions and other website events. We can also audit an existing setup if you're not confident the data is accurate.
Can you help with website accessibility and WCAG?
Yes. We can review existing websites against WCAG guidance and fix practical accessibility issues including keyboard navigation, colour contrast, forms, headings, semantic markup and focus behaviour.
Can you help improve our PageSpeed Insights score?
Yes. We can review your website using Google PageSpeed Insights and Core Web Vitals, identify performance bottlenecks and make practical improvements to areas such as images, JavaScript, CSS, caching, fonts and third-party scripts. We focus on making the site genuinely faster rather than chasing an arbitrary score.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans run month-to-month.
What happens if I need more development time?
We'll let you know before going over your allowance. Additional work can either be billed separately or quoted as a project.
Do you host websites?
Not by default. You can usually keep your existing hosting and infrastructure.
